WHISTLEBLOWER CHANNEL

The Whistleblower Channel is the mechanism that CAMPINGS Y TURISMO S.A.U. makes available to all employees, management and administration of Group companies, and third parties related to them, particularly suppliers and contractors, shareholders, volunteers, interns, and employees undergoing training, so they can report any information related to a Group company that may involve:

  • a possible irregularity or act contrary to any applicable internal regulations;
  • a possible irregularity or act contrary to the law;
  • a possible administrative irregularity.

Reports can be submitted anonymously, if desired. In this case, you can send the report by mail without a return address. If you wish to receive information on the processing of your report, please provide a post office box where we can receive status updates. If you submit your report by email, please note that file metadata provides structured information about the content, such as the creation date, file type, and, where relevant, the author. This latter information can identify the file's creator without having to open it. If you wish to submit a report anonymously, you should remove the metadata from the files you submit (How to Remove Metadata).

If you prefer, you can include your contact information with the complaint form. The information collected in the complaint will be treated securely and confidentially.

At the request of the interested party, complaints may also be submitted through an in-person meeting, by submitting the request through one of the communication channels mentioned above.

Without prejudice to the detailed access channels, the interested party may contact the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority.

Received complaints are processed diligently and promptly, ensuring their verification and implementing measures for their resolution, in accordance with the internal procedures established in the Internal Information System Management Protocol of CAMPINGS Y TURISMOS S.A.U.
